Sipdex M200 IPPBX – 如何接駁 HKBN SIP Trunk

HKBN Default Setting

PBX IP Address: 192.168.0.101 

SIP Trunk Gateway:192.168.0.1         

Subnet Mask: 255.255.255.0

Hardware Connection  硬件接駁

檢查Firmware版本

使用Sipdex M-200 IPPBX系列接駁HKBN SIP Trunk時， 系統版本必需是v1.0.5版本或以上，以及已經安裝patch1。

如需要升級系統，請前往我們的網頁(http://www.sipdex.com)，下載相關檔案並進行更新。然後前往管理介面，按Upgrade，選取WEB Upgrade和Restore Default Set，並選擇升級檔案，再按Upload。

注意：系統更新後需要重新啟動，以及一切設定也會還原為出廠狀態。

Sipdex M-200 IPPBX 設定

步驟 1)   建立SIP帳戶

按Basic > Extensions > New User > 輸入 SIP ACCOUNT 資料

步驟2)   建立SIP Trunk

按Basic > Trunks > New VoIP Trunk > 設定SIP Trunk

Description： 輸入SIP Trunk名稱, 如HKBN SIP Trunk

Protocol：選擇SIP

Host：輸入HKBN提供的SIP Server IP / SIP Proxy

Maximum Channels：輸入申請了SIP Trunk的數值

Without Authentication：剔選

按Save

步驟3)  建立Outbound Routes

按Basic > Outbound Routes > New DialRule

Rule Name：輸入DialRule名稱，如HKBN SIP Trunk

Place this call through：將剛才建立的Trunk移到Selected Trunks

Custom Pattern：輸入撥出條件。如XXX.是當撥號超過3個號碼時便使用HKBN SIP Trunk

注：Custom Pattern必需使用英文大字

步驟4)  建立Inbound Routes

按Inbound Control > Inbound Routes >  Number DIDs > New Number DID

DID Number：輸入向HKBN申請電話號碼範圍的最後三個數字，如3123 4572 – 3123 4581，便輸入572。

Destination：按需要選擇不同服務。如希望來電撥號至31234572 時讓分機800會響鈴，那麼請選擇Goto Extension以及800，然後再按Save。

步驟5)  設定Virtual Interface

按Network Settings > Network > IPv4 Settings > Virtual Interface

IP AddressV1：剔選，並輸入HKBN提供的PBX IP地址，如192.168.0.101

Subnet MaskV1：輸入HKBN提供的Subnet，如255.255.255.0

按Save

步驟 6)  建立Static Route

按Network Settings > Static Routing > Static Routing > New Static Routing

Destination IP：輸入HKBN提供的SIP Trunk的Network IP，如10.15.236.0

Subnet Mask：輸入HKBN提供的Subnet，如255.255.255.0

Gateway：輸入HKBN提供的Gateway，如192.168.0.1

按Save

步驟7) 測試連線

按Network Settings > TroubleShooting >  Ping，輸入HKBN SIP Server / SIP Proxy的IP。

步驟 8 )  與HKBN人員聯絡，表示使用SIP INFO方式進行連接。 (完)
