Starting in March, the Covid-19 pandemic had every IT department scrambling to figure out how to get their employees working from home. Headsets and video cameras with soft-client based phone apps for voice and video calls were an obvious “best-effort” to get connected quickly. PROBLEM: NOISE AT HOME
